Terms of Use
These terms apply to the mobile game Sleepy Cats (the "Game"), published by Arzu Kilic ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or distribute the Game, except where the law allows it.
2. Purchases and virtual items
The Game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases of coins and of bundles with coins, boosters, unlimited lives and no ads. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and can only be used in the Game. Purchases are processed by Apple under its terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, for example through Apple's refund page. If a purchase does not arrive, use "Restore Purchases" in the shop or the settings, or contact us.
3. Ads
The Game may show ads from third-party networks. Your choices about ads and data are described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified versions of the Game, or exploit bugs. We may limit or end access for players who break these terms.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the Game or parts of it at any time, for example to fix bugs or add levels. We may change these terms; when we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses of virtual items, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
7. Apple
If you got the Game from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its support, and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
